Free Shipping: Your order qualifies for free shipping when there is a spend of over $150NZD
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
4. Delivery Times
- New Zealand: Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3-10 business days.
- Australia: Deliveries to Australia can be expected within 5-15 business days.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
Customers in Australia are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Water-to-Go is not responsible for delays due to customs.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
- Damaged Orders: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- Lost Orders: If an order is lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Changes to orders can only be made if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.
